Alaska-May, 2003-Haines

While we were in Haines, we took a drive on the Haines Highway to the summit, where the miners used to hike in order to prospect for gold.  This was a hard arduous trek, as there was no road at that time and the prospectors had to carry all of their gear on their back. We did this with Dave of Eco-Tours.
