Haines is a small town.  It lies between Juneau and Skagway.  It has a Winter population of 1700 people.

A Sheltered Harbor B&B This is the Bed and Breakfst that we stayed at in Haines, Alaska. Our room was on the top front and side windows. There were also windos on a third side. Each group of windows faced mountains, the front ones faced both mountains and water. A Carving on the Beach An Anonymous carver creared this sculpture from a tree growing on the beach.	High Tide We could see the changing tides from our room.
